Unit4 is seeking a Customer Marketing Campaign Specialist for a 12-month interim position covering a maternity leave. This role focuses on the planning, creation, and execution of global marketing campaigns targeting our existing customer base.
All campaigns should contribute to an excellent customer experience and deliver a strong, consistent customer journey. We're looking for someone who thrives on the complexity of marketing campaigns, gets things done, and brings energy and enthusiasm to a global, collaborative team.
You’ll lead cross-sell campaigns targeting Finance, Procurement, IT, and HR audiences, as well as drive initiatives around our SaaS solutions and customer migration to the cloud. This is a highly operational role, with a focus on designing and managing a high-quality global customer campaign mix, driven by relevant and engaging content, through our digital marketing tech-stack.
You'll be a part of the Global Customer Marketing Team and collaborate closely with other teams such as the Global Demand Center, ABM Centre of Excellence, communications Team, Events Team, regional field marketing and product marketing teams.
This position reports to the Global Customer Marketing Director and is a 12-month interim opportunity due to maternity leave, between September 2025 and September 2026.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of campaign management experience, ideally in a B2B cloud software company.
Strong writing skills in English are required; additional European language skills are a plus.
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably within marketing or similar.
A great storyteller who understands messaging across multiple phases of the customer journey.
Understanding of marketing performance metrics, and B2B pipeline processes.
Comfortable exploring and adopting new digital marketing technologies, with a passion for staying current on tools and trends to optimize customer engagement.
Ability to leverage data and analytics for campaign enhancements.
Strong campaign management experience required, especially related to digital campaigns.
Strong project management skills, with experience of managing multiple projects in parallel
A highly structured, process-oriented, and organized working style is essential.
Experience of project management tools.
Experience in field marketing roles is a plus.
Experience with marketing automation tools such as Marketo and 6sense is required.
Previous sales, demand generation, or customer success experience in a B2B cloud software company is a plus.
Experience of ERP, HR, Procurement and Finance solution B2B marketing is highly beneficial.
Experience with CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics is beneficial.
