Are you passionate about cybersecurity and experienced in building realistic, scenario-driven exercises that strengthen organizational resilience? We’re hiring a Cyber Program Manager to design and deliver virtual tabletop exercises (TTXs) and cyber workshops for regulated organizations across the country.

This fully remote role offers the opportunity to work with senior stakeholders and guide teams through live cyber simulations that prepare them for real-world incidents.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Design & deliver virtual tabletop exercises and cyber readiness workshops tailored to unique threat landscapes
• Create realistic, engaging threat scenarios based on current trends (e.g., ransomware, third-party breaches)
• Facilitate sessions with executives, risk managers, compliance officers, and technical teams
• Communicate complex cyber threats in a clear, non-technical manner
• Lead program planning, content development, calendar management, and session delivery logistics
• Coach support staff and optimize session flow and impact
• Track participation, feedback, and outcomes to continuously improve the program

🧠 What You Bring:

• 7+ years of cybersecurity, incident response, or cyber risk experience
• Strong knowledge of emerging threats and adversary techniques
• Experience developing and facilitating tabletop exercises or cyber drills
• Polished presentation and communication skills, especially with executive audiences
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, FFIEC, ISO 27001)
• Experience managing programs independently in a remote work environment

🌟 Preferred:

• Prior experience with regulated industries or enterprise-level risk/compliance teams
• Tools: Zoom, MURAL, MS Teams, or similar platforms for virtual collaboration
• Strong writing skills for post-session reporting and executive summaries
