Job Opportunity: Lead Software Engineer (Contract-Based Only)

We are looking for a highly experienced Lead Software Engineer who can take ownership of technical solutions, contribute hands-on across the full stack, and lead by example. This role demands in-depth expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to work independently or guide a small team when required.

🔧 Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

Strong hands-on experience in object-oriented programming concepts

Deep expertise in SQL, including query optimization and performance tuning

Solid understanding of frontend technologies, particularly:

JavaScript, KnockoutJS, and/or Angular

Backend experience with:

C#, ASP.Net MVC framework, VB.Net, and Web APIs

Knowledge of OAuth protocols for secure user authentication

Experience with HiveD preferred

Must be proficient across frontend, middle layer, and backend development

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Capable of working as an individual contributor and stepping into a leadership role when needed
