Senior Data Scientist

UnifyCX is seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing complex statistical models and machine learning algorithms to support our data-driven decision-making processes. The Senior Data Scientist will lead data analysis projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business insights, trends and opportunities.

We believe that data transformation and integration are essential for generating business insights, and we are looking for a Senior Data Scientist who has experience in this area. The successful candidate will be responsible for automating data pipelines to ensure that data is properly transformed and integrated for use in our analytics systems. This will enable faster and more efficient data analysis, which will in turn support better decision-making across the organization.

Qualification:

• A Master's or PhD degree required in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields
• At least 5 years of experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python or R
• Experience with SQL databases, including big data platforms such as Redshift or Snowflake
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Experience in automating data transformation processes using tools such as Apache Airflow, AWS Glue, or similar
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Have a solid understanding of data structures and the ability to manipulate data using programming languages such as Python or R
• Strong leadership skills, with experience mentoring junior data scientists
• Experience in automating data transformation and integration processes for the purpose of generating business insights

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to identify key business problems and develop innovative solutions
