We’ve processed over 70,000 applications, powered enrollment for 1000+ employer groups, and partnered with some of the largest carriers and brokers in the ecosystem. As we scale, we're looking for a marketing leader who can help tell our story with clarity, creativity, and conviction.
What You’ll Do
- Own and execute our marketing strategy across brand, product, events, and content
- Craft compelling narratives that resonate with brokers, carriers, and HR leaders
- Partner with leadership on conference strategy, booth messaging, and collateral
- Manage LinkedIn presence (company + exec brand building), newsletter, and blog
- Develop and launch campaigns (email, social, retargeting, etc.) for demand generation
- Create customer case studies, sales enablement decks, and thought leadership
- Track performance metrics to continuously refine messaging and channels
- Collaborate with product and client teams to spotlight customer value
You Might Be a Fit If You
- Have 4–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS or insurtech/healthtech marketing
- Are a clear, persuasive storyteller with a builder’s mindset
- Are excited to scale a zero-to-one GTM motion—without waiting on big budgets
- Know how to make a small team feel like a big brand through smart execution
- Have experience working closely with founders and sales teams
- Can manage freelancers, creatives, and vendors as needed
- Are scrappy, organized, and thrive in fast-moving environments
