UNIBEN is looking for an experienced and visionary Marketing Director to lead our Marketing organization and accelerate the growth of our multi-brand, multi-category business across Foods & Beverages.

🎯 YOUR IMPACT

• Develop and lead the overall Marketing strategy aligned with UNIBEN’s business ambition and long-term growth agenda.
• Build and strengthen a portfolio of powerful, differentiated brands, from strategy and positioning to execution.
• Lead Consumer & Market Insights, identifying emerging trends, consumer needs and new growth opportunities.
• Drive innovation, NPD and category development to create sustainable competitive advantage.
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across TV, Digital, Social, PR, Activation.
• Partner closely with Commercial, R&D, Supply Chain and Finance to translate brand strategies into business results.
• Own Marketing investment and ensure strong ROI and business impact.
• Build, coach and inspire a high-performing Marketing team and future leaders.

👤 WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 10+ years of Marketing experience, with strong leadership experience in FMCG / Food & Beverage.
• Proven track record in brand building, portfolio management, innovation, and consumer-driven growth.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with excellent execution capability.
• Commercial mindset with strong understanding of P&L, market share, and business performance.
• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Experience in leading large-scale teams and working in a fast-paced, transformation-driven environment.
