Software Engineer

A fast-growing Crypto HFT firm is on the hunt for a Middle Software Developer with strong C++ experience to help build and optimize mission-critical trading systems. This is a fully remote role, ideal for developers based in Central Europe and nearby regions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop and optimise high‑load trading systems and exchange integrations in C++
• Build and maintain connections to crypto exchanges and real‑time market data providers
• Work cross‑functionally with quant, trading, and engineering teams to ensure accurate algorithmic behavior
• Diagnose and resolve market data issues, keeping latency low and systems stable
• Fix bugs, contribute new features, and implement performance improvements.

You’ll Bring:

• 3+ years of software development experience, with extensive use of C++
• Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns
• Experience building and optimizing high-throughput, low-latency systems
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and distributed architectures
• Knowledge of financial markets, crypto exchanges, or HFT systems.

Nice-to-Have Extras:

• Python scripting, Kafka, or experience with REST/FIX/WebSocket protocols
• Familiarity with AWS, Kibana, Grafana, or Prometheus.
