About The Role
_The Sr. Manager, Brand Design will drive and oversee the development and execution of Underdog Brand Design design efforts across various marketing channels. You have the experience, impeccable craft, and confidence to set a bold direction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, content, and external agency partners to ensure our look & feel is distinct, consistent and persuasive. This role requires a blend of exceptional creativity, strategic thinking, and leadership to ensure the Underdog brand resonates with our audience and positions us a leader in the category. This role requires a deep understanding of our category, and the ability to create exceptional work.

Who you are:
_Our target starting base salary range for this position is between $140,000 and $157,500, plus target equity. The starting base salary will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s skills and experience, among other things.
