About the role
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager / Brand Manager with a strong background in the iGaming industry to lead brand growth, player acquisition, and campaign execution across multiple channels.
You will be responsible for building marketing strategies that drive user engagement, retention, and brand visibility in competitive international markets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and brand strategies for iGaming products.
- Manage multi-channel campaigns including: Social Media, Influencer Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Paid Ads (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.), CRM / Email / Push campaigns.
- Work closely with acquisition, CRM, design, and product teams to optimize player lifecycle and retention.
- Plan and oversee promotional campaigns, tournaments, seasonal events, and brand collaborations.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze KPIs such as: CPA, ROAS, LTV, Retention Rate, Conversion Rate.
- Conduct competitor and market research within the iGaming landscape.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of spend.
- Coordinate with external agencies, KOLs, affiliates, and media partners.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant gaming regulations and advertising policies.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, or Growth Marketing.
- Prior experience in the iGaming/Online Casino/Sports Betting industry is required.
- Strong understanding of player acquisition funnels, retention strategies, and VIP/player segmentation.
- Experience running performance campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, or DSP platforms.
- Familiarity with affiliate systems, tracking tools, and analytics platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- English proficiency is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling multiple GEOs/markets (SEA, LATAM, EU, etc.).
- Knowledge of sportsbook, casino, slots, or live casino products.
- Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Braze, Optimove, or similar platforms.
- Background in influencer/KOL marketing within gaming or betting communities.
- Familiarity with compliance and advertising policies related to gambling/iGaming.
