We are seeking a Senior RPA Developer to join our software engineering team and contribute to automation projects.

You will focus on delivering automation solutions using leading RPA platforms and enhancing business process workflows. Your role involves developing and refining automation tools to meet client needs effectively. If you have solid experience in RPA engineering and programming, we encourage you to apply and become part of our innovative team.

Responsibilities

• Implement automation solutions using Automation Anywhere, UiPath, WorkFusion, or Blue Prism
• Develop and maintain business processes and workflow automations
• Enhance existing RPA implementations based on client feedback
• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze automation requirements
• Test and troubleshoot automation workflows to ensure reliability
• Document automation processes and updates for knowledge sharing
• Stay updated with new developments in RPA technologies and tools

Requirements

• Experience as an RPA software engineer for 3 or more years
• Background in process design, software development, automated testing, or functional testing
• Understanding of fundamental programming concepts and their practical application
• Knowledge of at least one popular programming language such as Java, C#, C++, Python, or JavaScript
• Proficiency in using RPA tools including UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Apps, Blue Prism, or WorkFusion
• Capability to work effectively in a team environment
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Nice to have

• Knowledge of one or more of the following RPA platforms: UiPath, Blue Prism, WorkFusion, or, or Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, Power Apps
• Experience in working with BPO Service Centers and/or skills in: F&A, Insurance, Banking, Back Office Management
• Software development background
• Ability to structure the work, estimate tasks, meet the commitments
