We are collaborating with a leading global enterprise to develop a next-generation digital experience platform utilizing the latest version of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Our goal is to create a scalable, high-performance solution that enhances content management, personalization, and omnichannel delivery.

IF YOU ARE

• Experienced with over 3 years in AEM development (backend, frontend, or full-stack)
• Skilled in Java, with expertise in Apache Sling, OSGi, and JCR (Java Content Repository)
• Proficient in developing AEM components, templates, workflows, and services
• Familiar with AEM Dispatcher configuration, caching strategies, and performance tuning
• Confident in integrating AEM with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, third-party APIs, and enterprise applications
• Knowledgeable in Lucene-based search engines such as Solr and Elasticsearch, as well as GraphQL
• Proficient in CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and cloud-based deployments on AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experienced in Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
• A proactive and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
• Adobe certified with an Adobe Experience Manager Developer or Architect certification (as a plus)

AND YOU WANT TO

• Architect and develop scalable AEM-based solutions with high performance, security, and maintainability
• Implement and customize AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions such as Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Commerce, and Adobe CDP
• Develop and optimize backend solutions using Java, Apache Sling, OSGi, and JCR
• Enhance frontend experiences using HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks like React.js, Vue.js, or Angular, and modern front-end frameworks
• Ensure compliance with best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines for AEM solutions
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and DevOps engineers
• Support and mentor junior software engineers in AEM development, deployment, and architecture
• Participate in Agile processes, contributing to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and continuous improvement initiatives
