IF YOU ARE

• A professional with 5-6 years of industry experience, skilled in applied statistics, covering areas such as exploratory data analysis, distribution fitting, population inference, regression analysis, factor analysis, and dimensionality reduction
• Highly knowledgeable about data mining and Machine Learning techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning, model fitting and assessment, hyperparameter tuning, and model ensembling
• Experienced in Deep Learning and capable of selecting the appropriate statistical methodologies for its applications
• Proficient in using statistical programming software like Python at an advanced level
• Comfortable working with development tools such as SVN and Git
• Familiar with container technologies and orchestration platforms, particularly Kubernetes
• Adept at working with databases and object stores, for example, PostgreSQL, Redshift, Athena, BigQuery, S3, GCS, or similar
• Aware of how software development companies operate
• Well-versed in software development life cycles
• Knowledgeable about Machine Learning productionalization processes
• Bringing experience in Computer Vision to your work

• Take part in team and client meetings to review statuses, discuss bottlenecks, and present results
• Support project managers in facilitating meetings effectively
• Develop clear, concise, well-organized, and error-free computer programs and statistical reports using the appropriate technological stack
• Provide high-quality and timely deliverables that meet stakeholder expectations
• Ensure all documents, specifications, programs, and macros adhere to project and company standards
• Uphold best practices to maintain data quality and integrity
• Engage with stakeholders to identify use cases, gather requirements, and set realistic expectations
• Collaborate closely with production teams to deliver and operate ML systems efficiently
• Research, design, and implement Machine Learning algorithms to solve problems in Data Science domains such as Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, Speech Recognition and Digital Signal Processing, Social Network Analysis, Predictive Maintenance, and Recommender Systems
• Apply data mining and artificial intelligence techniques to create complex analytical solutions
• Contribute to the full-stack Machine Learning model development pipeline
• Ensure the use of appropriate intellectual data analysis methods and generate accurate, reproducible results, whether working independently or by providing specifications to Data Scientists and Machine Learning Engineers
• Take full responsibility for developing Computer Vision Machine Learning models, applying state-of-the-art approaches while considering the specific needs of the business domain
• Support the skill development and supervision of junior staff members.
• Manage and enforce development deadlines and schedules.
• Assist in consulting projects when required
• Continuously improve your skills and knowledge of programming frameworks and rapid prototyping technologies
• Get involved in long-term projects with opportunities to learn new technologies and adopt best practices from experts
• Establish and maintain secure customer data management processes, in collaboration with the Project Leadership team, covering data obtaining, exchange, storage, retention, and deletion throughout the project lifecycle
