Unbiased is a small, senior collective of fractional marketers who plug into ambitious DTC and SME brands and fix messy marketing so leaders can scale with confidence. We are not a big agency with layers of process. Instead we send senior people into the room, own outcomes and move fast. About you
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our growing team and help us turn great ideas into action.
You’ll own the relationship and management of a small portfolio of SMEs and startups, driving their growth, creating their marketing strategy and leading the accounts.
You’ll work closely with our Growth Executives and freelancers to deliver on your plans, supported by our Growth Lead and Fractional CMOs.
Whilst a strong grasp of data and analytics is essential, our Performance & Data team is hand, and working closely with them, managing your client team is a core part of the role.
