Are you passionate about creating visually compelling designs that make an impact? Do you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy transforming ideas into engaging visuals?

Unacademy is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team in Bengaluru.

What You'll Do

1. Design engaging product catalogues (batches) and course-related creatives.
2. Create high-converting YouTube thumbnails that capture attention.
3. Design promotional creatives for campaigns, offers, and product launches.
4. Develop digital marketing assets for social media, websites, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
5. Collaborate with Marketing, Content, and Product teams to deliver impactful visual experiences.
6. Ensure brand consistency across all design deliverables.

What We're Looking For

1. Proficiency in Figma is mandatory.
2. Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
3. Experience creating social media creatives, YouTube thumbnails, and digital marketing assets.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
5. Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.

Preferred

• Experience working in the EdTech or consumer internet industry.
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design tools.
• Experience designing performance marketing creatives.
