Performance Marketing Specialist – Fashion & E-commerce (Remote)

We’re looking for an advertising specialist with a refined aesthetic sense and strong visual taste—someone who can translate brand visuals into high-performing ad campaigns. You should understand the sales funnel, know how to work with website conversions, and be ready to collaborate closely with the SMM manager.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and manage ad campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Create visually appealing and clear creatives using existing materials (photos/videos)
• Test hypotheses, visuals, and audience segments
• Optimize for conversions and run retargeting campaigns
• Set up and analyze pixels and site events
• Prepare detailed reports, assess campaign performance, and make data-driven adjustments
• Collaborate with the content and SMM managers on calendars and messaging

Key Skills We Value

• Aesthetic judgment and strong visual taste (especially an eye for design-led brands)
• At least 3 years of experience in performance marketing
• Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns accordingly
• Basic skills in Canva, Figma, or similar tools (for adapting creatives)
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and independence
• Team-oriented mindset without the need for micromanagement

Bonus Points For

• Experience with fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands
• Understanding of customer journeys and behavior in e-commerce
• Experience with tracking setup (Meta Pixel, Google Analytics)
• Strong communication skills and sensitivity when working with visual-first brands
