Role Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a Salesforce UX/UI Designer with 3-5 years of experience to join our team on a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing and optimising user experiences within the Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring seamless and intuitive interactions for users. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to enhance usability, improve workflows, and create visually appealing interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and enhance Salesforce UI/UX, ensuring an intuitive and engaging user experience.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for Salesforce applications.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to gather insights.
- Optimise Salesforce Lightning Experience for efficiency and ease of use.
- Collaborate with Salesforce developers and product teams to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions.
- Maintain consistency with Salesforce design principles and company branding guidelines.
- Identify usability issues and provide actionable solutions to enhance user engagement.
- Stay updated with Salesforce UX/UI trends and best practices to drive innovation.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS).
- Understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
- Ability to conduct usability testing, user research, and heuristic evaluations.
- Experience collaborating with Salesforce developers, product teams, and business stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
