About the Role

We're looking for a passionate UI/UX Designer with a strong eye for visual design and user interfaces to join our growing design team. This role is ideal for someone who loves crafting beautiful, modern, pixel-perfect digital experiences while understanding the fundamentals of user-centered design.

You'll work closely with UX designers, developers, and marketing teams to create intuitive, premium experiences across mobile apps, web platforms, and connected products. If you obsess over typography, spacing, layouts, interactions, and design systems—and enjoy bringing interfaces to life—this role is for you.

Motion design skills are a significant advantage.

What You'll Do -

UI & Visual Design

• Design elegant, modern, and intuitive interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Translate UX wireframes into polished, high-fidelity visual designs.
• Create pixel-perfect UI components with exceptional attention to detail.
• Build interfaces that balance aesthetics with usability.
• Maintain consistency across products through scalable design systems.
• Create responsive layouts across desktop, tablet, and mobile.

Design Systems

• Ensure visual consistency across products.
• Create reusable UI patterns, tokens, styles, and documentation.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation.

User Experience

• Collaborate with UX designers to refine flows and interactions.
• Understand user journeys and design solutions that simplify complex workflows.

Motion & Interaction (Bonus)

• Create subtle UI animations and micro-interactions.
• Prototype interactions using Figma.
• Collaborate with motion designers where required.

Collaboration

• Work alongside developers to ensure high-quality implementation.
• Take ownership from concept to delivery.

What We're Looking For

Experience

• 1+ years of experience designing digital products.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI and visual design projects.
• Experience designing mobile-first and responsive interfaces.

Design Skills

• Excellent visual design fundamentals.
• Strong understanding of:

• Color theory
• Iconography
• Visual hierarchy
• Spacing and rhythm
• Ability to create clean, premium interfaces.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.

UX Fundamentals

Technical Understanding

You don't need to code, but you should understand:
