Role Overview
We are looking for a B2B Marketing Executive who is both a strategist and hands-on executor, focused on building ULTRATEND’s presence and generating consistent high-quality leads, especially for our Digital Marketing Services business.
You’ll collaborate directly with the Director, work across vertical teams, and manage targeted campaigns that generate visibility and demand across global markets. You’ll be the one ensuring weekly campaign KPIs are met or improved, keeping the marketing engine moving with consistency, clarity, and creativity.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategize and manage multi-channel B2B organic marketing campaigns, with a core focus on lead generation for Digital Marketing Services.
- Own and execute email marketing and cold emailing campaigns, using tools like QuickMail or similar platforms—optimize open/reply rates and lead conversions.
- Create structured campaign workflows using Microsoft Teams, collaborating across multiple vertical heads and project managers.
- Monitor and improve weekly KPIs including email deliverability, engagement rates, and lead quality.
- Plan and manage marketing calendars, content assets, and LinkedIn visibility across company and leadership profiles.
- Draft and repurpose internal case studies, micro-content, and pitch decks in collaboration with project managers.
- Track and report performance using spreadsheets, dashboards, and campaign trackers.
- Align messaging and tone across all touchpoints to reflect ULTRATEND’s evolving brand and value propositions.
Who We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in a digital marketing or performance marketing agency.
- A marketing generalist with at least one subject matter expertise (email marketing, content marketing, analytics, SEO, or LinkedIn marketing).
- Hands-on experience with cold email platforms (e.g., QuickMail, Instantly, Smartlead) and comfort in iterating on sequences weekly.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Teams: using it for team coordination, task management, documentation, and cross-project campaign planning.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, OneNote, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and work across time zones.
- Excellent written English; confident in writing subject lines, CTAs, and value-driven messaging.
- Comfortable with structured experimentation and rapid iteration to improve performance.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in early-stage, self-funded or boutique agencies
- Understanding of exhibition industry and ecommerce platforms
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Buffer, Ubersuggest, or Mailchimp
- Ability to experiment with AI-powered tools to scale content or campaigns
