Digital Marketing Executive

About the Role

Zealmax Ortho is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to own demand generation for our Latin American and African markets. This is a performance-driven B2B role focused on generating qualified leads (MQLs and SQLs), feeding a healthy pipeline to the international sales team, and continuously optimizing campaigns based on real lead-quality feedback.

You will sit at the intersection of marketing and sales — translating sales objectives into briefs for the design and social teams, and translating lead performance back into sharper campaigns. Success in this role is measured not by activity, but by the volume and quality of pipeline you create.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation (LATAM & Africa)

• Plan and execute digital campaigns to generate MQLs and SQLs from target markets across Latin America and Africa.
• Manage lead flow across B2B channels including Alibaba, marketplaces, ABM platforms, and paid/organic digital channels.
• Own lead volume and lead-quality targets for the region.

Sales Coordination & Campaign Optimization

• Work closely with the sales team to understand lead quality, disqualification reasons, and conversion patterns.
• Use sales feedback to refine targeting, messaging, and channel mix — closing the loop between lead capture and lead conversion.
• Maintain a clear view of the MQL → SQL → opportunity funnel and report on it regularly.

Cross-Functional Briefing (Sales → Design → Social)

• Understand the sales team's market objectives and priorities, and translate them into actionable creative briefs.
• Brief the design team on ad creatives and the social/content team on social content, ensuring output aligns with sales goals and market context.
• Act as the connective tissue between what sales needs and what marketing produces.

Channel & Tool Management

• Manage and optimize presence on B2B platforms such as Alibaba and other lead-generation / ABM tools.
• Track spend, cost-per-lead, and cost-per-qualified-lead across channels.

Required Skills

• 2–4 years of hands-on B2B digital marketing experience.
• Demonstrated experience generating and qualifying B2B leads (MQL/SQL frameworks).
• Working knowledge of B2B channels like Alibaba and familiarity with ABM tools.
• Understanding of paid media (LinkedIn, Google, Meta) in a B2B context.
• Comfortable working directly with sales teams and interpreting lead-quality feedback.
• Strong coordination skills. Able to write clear briefs for design and social/content teams.
• Data-literate: can read campaign and funnel metrics and act on them.
