Role Mission

The AI & Systems Integrations Architect is the technical engine behind our growth. We are looking for a highly technical "Builder" to bridge the gap between our business goals and our technical ecosystem. Your mission is twofold: first, to audit and transform our core platforms (HubSpot, Front, GCP/Google Workspace, Tableau) into a seamless, data-driven engine. Second, you will lead our "Internal AI" revolution, rapidly prototyping and coding AI agents and custom workflows that eliminate operational bottlenecks and accelerate our speed from idea to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Systems Architecture & Integration:

• Act as the "Super-User" and Architect for our core stack (HubSpot, GCP, AWS, Front, Zoom, and Tableau), ensuring seamless data flow between these tools and our proprietary backend.

• Audit and redesign HubSpot data structures, implementing advanced naming conventions, UTM tracking, and segmentation to enable multi-touch marketing attribution.

• Eliminate data silos by building deep API integrations and webhooks that connect our inventory and infrastructure directly to our GTM tools.

• Build multi-touch attribution models to track campaign influence on advisor activation

• AI & Custom Development:

• Design and code custom AI agents and apps (using Python/Javascript and LLMs) to drive productivity, operational efficiencies and new products that help automate complex internal tasks for our customers, Sales, Marketing, and other internal departments.

• Apply your coding ability (PHP/Laravel/MySQL) to script custom workflows

• Rapidly prototype new tools that allow our agents to spend less time on admin and more time crafting complex, profitable travel itineraries.

• Act as the go to person for AI tools such as Gemini / Google AI apps, ChatGPT, Claude, Replit, Lovable etc, our anyone seeking to build their own prototypes.

• Technical Partnership:

• Partner with the Technical Product Manager and Product Owners to translate business ideas into scoped technical requirements, ensuring every build is architected for a seamless rollout and long-term operational support.

• Serve as the technical bridge between Marketing’s strategic goals and the Engineering team’s infrastructure.

• Support the BI and Management team in building reports and dashboards that enhance UJV data driven decision making engine.

Qualifications & Technical Skills

• The Languages: 3+ years of professional experience with PHP (Laravel), MySQL, and Python. Proficiency in Javascript (React or Vue.js) for building custom interfaces.
• The Stack: Expert-level knowledge of both Google workspace / GCP and HubSpot Enterprise (Custom Objects, Programmable Automation) and experience integrating it with tools like Front App, Zoom, and Tableau.
• The AI Edge: Proven experience building or prototyping with LLMs (Gemini/OpenAI/Anthropic APIs) and a deep understanding of prompt engineering for business automation.
• The Experience: 4+ years of professional engineering or systems architecture experience. A Computer Science degree or equivalent technical background is preferred.
• Communication: Native-level proficiency in written and spoken English. You must be able to explain complex technical architectures to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
