Key Responsibilities:-
- Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
- Assist in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing paid ads to achieve campaign goals within budget.
- Develop creative captions, visuals, and short-form videos aligned with brand tone and campaign objectives.
- Respond to comments and messages promptly, maintaining positive audience interaction.
- Conduct keyword research, update website/blog content, and assist in link-building to improve search visibility.
- Support end-to-end campaign coordination, from briefing to performance tracking and reporting.
- Assist in creating newsletters, managing databases, and analyzing open/click rates for optimization.
- Compile regular analytics reports on social media, website traffic, and campaign results.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and new tools to enhance digital strategies.
- Ensure all content, visuals, and messaging align with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
Skills & Experience that WOW US:-
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in marketing or other marketing related role is required; prior experience in the forex industry is a strong advantage.
- Well-versed in major social media platforms and their best practices, including content policies, algorithm trends, audience demographics, and engagement behaviors.
- Strong analytics skills with the ability to interpret social media metrics and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Khmer.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects and dealines.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work across teams and with external partners.
