Marketing Executive
Location: UK, Remote – 1 day per month in London office
As our Marketing Executive, you’ll lead the charge on JAM’s external voice, owning and delivering engaging, insight-led content across social media, email and campaign channels. Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and wider team, you’ll amplify JAM’s content strategy and help position us as a next-gen MSP for digital-first businesses. You’ll also play a key role in internal communications, ensuring our people are informed and connected. This is a creative and varied role at the heart of JAM’s brand storytelling.
Key responsibilities
- Own and lead JAM’s social media strategy and delivery (organic and paid), driving reach, engagement and brand awareness across platforms, particularly LinkedIn and Instagram
- Plan, create and manage content calendars aligned to marketing campaigns, business priorities and JAM’s tone of voice
- Develop and publish high-quality social-first content that supports key campaigns, customer stories, thought leadership and employee activity
- Support the delivery of paid social activity to boost key messages and campaign content to target audiences, ensuring alignment with organic efforts
- Work with the marketing team to support end-to-end campaigns, including:
- Writing and building emails (HubSpot)
- Creating copy and assets for landing pages
- Developing visual assets in Canva
- Monitor and analyse the performance of social, email and content campaigns, providing regular insights and optimisations
- Support internal communications delivery, helping to maintain regular, engaging updates for the JAM team globally
- Help keep the website updated with fresh content that aligns with campaigns and brand strategy
- Contribute to the organisation and promotion of internal and external events
- Support wider brand and marketing activities as needed, including asset creation, pitch materials and award submissions
Required skills
- Strong experience using HubSpot Marketing/Sales Pro, especially tools like workflows, lead scoring and reporting
- Experience managing and updating website content via WordPress
- Experience in a content-driven marketing role, with ownership of social media (organic and paid) as a core responsibility
- Proven ability to create engaging B2B content on LinkedIn
- Skilled in using social media scheduling and analytics tools
- Excellent copywriting skills across formats: social, email, landing pages, internal comms
- Confident using email marketing platforms and building email journeys
- Experience developing or briefing visual assets (e.g. Canva or briefing designers)
- Experience using task management tools like Monday/Asana
- Creative thinker with a strong sense of brand voice and attention to detail
- Familiarity with B2B tech, SaaS, or managed services is a bonus, but not a requirement
