The Role

We are looking for a Product Manager who can own product execution end-to-end and act as the bridge between development and marketing.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can actually run product development, align teams, and ensure features are shipped, launched, and communicated correctly.

You will work closely with engineering, marketing, operations, and leadership.

What you will do

• Own the product roadmap for UEX.US (web & mobile)

• Translate business and growth goals into clear product requirements

• Write PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria

• Run sprint planning, prioritization, and delivery tracking

• Coordinate closely with engineering to ship features on time

• Align product releases with marketing campaigns and announcements

• Ensure marketing communications reflect real product functionality

• Own key user journeys (onboarding, KYC, deposits, withdrawals, trading)

• Identify UX friction and conversion drop-offs

• Track product metrics and iterate based on data and feedback

What you will NOT do

• No access to user funds or wallets

• No transaction or withdrawal approvals

• No custody or compliance decision-making

• No infrastructure or ops ownership

This is a product execution role, not an operations or finance role.

What we’re looking for

Must-have:

• 3+ years experience as a Product Manager (fintech, crypto, payments, or SaaS preferred)

• Proven track record of shipping real products

• Strong Agile / sprint-based development experience

• Ability to work directly with engineers and designers

• Strong communication and ownership mindset

• Fluent English

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with exchanges, wallets, or financial platforms

• Experience launching features together with marketing

• Experience in regulated or compliance-driven environments

• Russian or Ukrainian language proficiency
