Senior Software Engineer (Rust)

As part of the Hardcore Engineering team, you will contribute to the development of Huly and the Huly Platform. Huly is open-source, and you can review the codebase at GitHub to ensure it aligns with your expertise and interests.

Your responsibilities:

• Develop and improve the Huly platform using Rust and/or Zig
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver new features
• Solve challenging technical problems with a focus on performance and scalability
• Contribute to internal tools or the open-source community as needed

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial software development experience

• Hands-on experience with Rust or Zig (or both) Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• English level B2+ or higher

• Broad understanding of IT systems - from programming to infrastructure

• Curiosity and a willingness to learn new technologies

• Nice to have:

• Systematic approach and a focus on delivering high-quality results

• Creative mindset and passion for engineering elegant solutions

• Additional experience with other languages (e.g. Go, Python, JavaScript
