Position Overview

As a Marketing Manager, you will lead the execution of global market strategies, oversee regional promotions and partner ecosystem development, ensuring precise delivery of our innovative technologies and products to target audiences. You will craft cross-regional campaigns, collaborate with local teams, and accelerate growth in key markets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Strategy & Channel Management

• Develop and execute global/regional strategies targeting telecom operators, distributors, and enterprise clients to expand penetration of roaming WiFi devices, pet phones, and IoT solutions.

• Manage multi-tier distribution networks (carrier partnerships, e-commerce platforms, industry exhibitions) to optimize product supply and inventory turnover.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities, delivering actionable insights and differentiated strategies.

2. Brand Building & Digital Marketing

• Plan and execute integrated campaigns (product launches, trade shows, regional promotions) across online/offline channels.

• Lead digital marketing initiatives (LinkedIn, Google Ads, regional social media) to enhance B2B/B2C visibility.

• Develop localized marketing collateral (whitepapers, case studies, product demos) to emphasize technical leadership.

3. Client & Partner Engagement

• Build relationships with telecom operators and distributors, coordinating technical training and sales support.

• Design partner incentive programs and co-marketing campaigns to achieve sales targets.

• Gather client feedback to drive product iteration and customized solution development.

4. Budget & ROI Management

• Allocate annual marketing budget across high-potential regions and channels for maximum ROI.

• Track campaign performance (CAC, LTV, ROAS) and optimize spending strategies.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration

• Align with R&D, supply chain, and sales teams to ensure market strategies align with product capabilities.

• Represent the company in global strategy sessions, sharing regional market insights.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, International Business, Telecommunications Engineering, or related fields.

Experience

• 3+ years of marketing experience, 2+ years in tech hardware solutions, preferably in telecom/consumer electronics or cross-border markets.

Core Skills

• Proficient in market research tools (PESTEL, SWOT) and strategic planning.

• Advanced English communication skills; Chinese proficiency is a plus.

• Experience in cross-border e-commerce (Amazon, Shopee) and international trade shows.

Personal Traits

• Global mindset with cross-cultural communication skills and travel flexibility.

• Results-driven, skilled in cross-team collaboration and resource optimization.
