We are UBRIK, a marketing agency in Dubai with over 14 years of experience, working with 100+ brands across the region. We specialise in the higher education industry and we are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview:
As a Performance Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing pay-per-click advertising strategies across multiple platforms to maximise ROI for our clients. You will be expected to handle large-scale campaigns, continuously optimise performance, and make data-driven decisions. You must be fluent in English, with a deep understanding of PPC best practices and trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management & Optimization:
- Manage end-to-end PPC campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, and others.
- Perform keyword research, audience mapping, and ad copy creation to optimise campaign performance.
- Lead A/B testing and multivariate testing for ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
Data Analysis & Optimization:
- Monitor, analyse, and optimise campaigns to achieve KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
- Regularly adjust bids, budgets, and other settings to ensure optimal performance and cost efficiency.
- Provide actionable insights from campaign data and implement strategies to improve conversions and ROI.
Reporting & Collaboration:
- Produce detailed reports on campaign performance, including weekly and monthly updates for clients.
- Provide recommendations for landing page and ad copy optimization based on performance data.
Client Management:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and translate them into effective PPC strategies.
- Communicate results and recommendations to clients in a clear, professional manner.
Ongoing Learning & Adaptation:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest PPC trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Adapt strategies in response to new technologies, algorithms, and market trends.
Required Skills & Experience:
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of PPC experience within an agency or fast-paced digital marketing environment.
- Proven track record of managing Mid to Large-scale PPC campaigns across multiple platforms.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups) for campaign reporting and analysis.
Analytical & Data-Driven:
- Exceptional analytical skills with a passion for working with data to derive actionable insights.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions, focusing on metrics like CPA, ROAS, CTR, and others.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and logical thinking.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and tasks efficiently.
