The Role

Lead our multi-phase crowdfunding strategy:

• Phase 2: $5M Regulation CF (StartEngine/Wefunder/Republic)
• Phase 3: $75M Regulation A+ with international expansion
• Bridge our "Circle of Hope" humanitarian mission with investor engagement

Key Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end crowdfunding campaigns and SEC compliance
• Build platform relationships and optimize conversion funnels
• Translate neuroscience into compelling investor narratives
• Scale email list from 25K to 100K+ qualified investors
• Execute performance marketing and community building

Requirements

Must Have:

• 3+ years equity crowdfunding experience ($1M+ campaigns)
• Direct platform experience (StartEngine/Wefunder/Republic)
• SEC compliance knowledge (Regulation CF/A+)
• Medical device or healthcare marketing background
• Performance marketing and conversion optimization skills

Preferred:

• Series 7/63 license
• FDA-regulated product experience
• International marketing experience
• Healthcare investment background

Compensation & Growth Path

Immediate:

• 1.5% equity participation (vested upon signing)
• Contract hourly rate for initial 6 months

6-Month Milestone:

• $100,000 - $150,000 base salary (upon next funding round)
• Additional equity opportunities based on performance
• Full benefits package
• Performance bonuses tied to Circle of Hope expansion

Future Growth (18-24 months):

• Salary increases up to $200,000 with subsequent funding rounds
• Expanded equity participation
• International travel opportunities (TBD based on program needs)
