We are looking for a result and strategic driven Regional Marketing & Communication Manager who will be responsible of the marketing and communication “develop, implement, and execute“ strategy in the European region. We are looking for a marketing & communication leader who manages regional strategy and the Regional Marketing Manager in each European country; their role is to develop and execute marketing and communication plans tailored to specific geographic areas, considering local market trends, customer preferences, and competition, while aligning with the overall company marketing strategy.
This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to drive brand awareness, demand generation, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align regional marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
The Regional Marketing & Communication Manager will be aligned with the Product Marketing & Communication team, the Product Manager and the European Sales team to work together for the success of every product launch and/or position in every market.
Specific Responsibilities include:
- Strategic planning: Creating a comprehensive marketing strategy in the European countries selected by GBCI Europe that aligns with the company's overall goals and considers unique market dynamics in each region
- Market analysis: Deep understanding of different market trends, customer behaviors, and competitor landscapes across various regions
- Brand positioning: Developing and maintaining a consistent brand identity that resonates with diverse target audiences in different markets
- Cross-functional collaboration: Working with regional sales teams to ensure localized strategies align with the overall global marketing vision
- Performance monitoring: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) across markets to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make necessary adjustments.
- Budgeting: Managing the marketing budget and allocating funds effectively across different initiatives
- Flagship event ‘GBCI Circle’ planning: support and coordinate with the event team by creating a comprehensive marketing and communication strategy
Education And Training Requirements/Preferences:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Master’s degree is preferred
Experience Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a European leadership role within the marketing/product development field, preferably in the ESG/Greenbuild industry
- Proven experience in developing and implementing effective marketing product launch strategies in several region around Europe
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, with the ability to make informed decisions based on data and metrics
- Demonstrated ability to responsibly manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver expected outcomes within deadlines
- Professional experience in the building industry/real estate sector, preferred
- Technical Marketing and Communication Experience:
- Developing marketing strategies: Creating strategies to increase sales
- Managing marketing campaigns: Overseeing the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns in several regions
- Conducting market research: Gathering consumer insights and analyzing data
- Building brand awareness: Strengthening the brand and enhancing customer experience
- Driving revenue growth: Collaborating with sales teams to drive revenue growth
- Allocating the marketing budget: Setting marketing goals and allocating the marketing budget

- Travel: 25% estimated annual travel. Actual amount of travel required will be dependent on the market development strategy developed by this position and approved by the Regional Leader.
