About The Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Program Lead to bring focus, clarity, and smooth operations to our Marketing team. You’ll help us plan, prioritize, and execute campaigns and initiatives in a way that’s efficient, scalable, and high-impact.
This role is all about building and leading systems that help Marketing shine. You’ll roll up your sleeves to design new processes, while guiding a small team (1–2 people) that manages creative operations and campaign execution. You’ll work closely with Marketing leadership, GTM teams, and Product Ops to make sure we’re spending our time and resources on the things that matter most.
It’s a high-visibility role with real impact—helping shape how Marketing works as Typeform continues to grow.
What You’ll Do
Strategic
- Build and own frameworks for Marketing planning, prioritization, and execution.
- Partner with Marketing leadership to turn goals into actionable programs with clear owners and timelines.
- Help the team focus on the highest-impact initiatives, making sure nothing important slips through the cracks.
Tactical
- Lead & Develop a Team: Guide a small team while staying hands-on in building processes and driving execution.
- Marketing Intake & Prioritization: Create a quarterly intake model that balances planned initiatives with emergent requests, keeping everything transparent across teams.
- Creative Production & Reviews: Optimize internal and agency workflows, making sure creative work is smooth, efficient, and delivered on time.
- Campaign Planning: Connect the dots across channels so product launches and big initiatives get the attention they deserve.
- Project Management: Introduce scalable processes and systems (e.g., Asana) to make briefing, planning, and execution consistent and easy to follow.
What You Bring
- Experience in Marketing Operations, Program Management, or PMO in a SaaS or PLG environment.
- A knack for turning complexity into clarity—you make processes and programs easy to understand and follow.
- Ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and align multiple stakeholders.
- Comfort switching between strategy and execution—you’re equally at home in leadership discussions and detailed project plans.
- Strong attention to detail and accountability; you model high standards for yourself and your team.
- Experience leading or mentoring a small team.
