UX/UI Designer (Protected Category under Law 68/99)

TXT e-Tech is looking for a UX/UI Designer, with at least 1 year’s experience, to join the UX Design team, which is responsible for defining the experience of all users within the Bank’s digital ecosystem, including customers, financial advisers and internal staff.

Main responsibilities:

• Analysing existing customer journeys and defining desired user experiences to identify operational pain points and opportunities for process optimisation;
• UX design and wireframe creation;
• Accessibility and compliance with AGID guidelines;
• Management of the corporate design system;
• Collaboration with development teams;
• Design quality assurance (QA);
• Cross-functional collaboration with all project stakeholders.

Required technical skills:

• Excellent command of Figma, including the structured management of component libraries, variants and complex design systems;
• Proven experience in designing information architectures and complex user flows within large-scale digital ecosystems;
• Ability to manage assigned projects independently or semi-independently, meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality standards.

Optional technical skills:

• Previous experience in the banking, financial services or fintech sectors;
• Practical knowledge of digital accessibility standards, including WCAG.
• Familiarity with React development principles to facilitate effective collaboration with front-end development teams.

Education: High school diploma.
