TXT e-Tech is looking for a UX/UI Designer, with at least 1 year’s experience, to join the UX Design team, which is responsible for defining the experience of all users within the Bank’s digital ecosystem, including customers, financial advisers and internal staff.
Main responsibilities:
- Analysing existing customer journeys and defining desired user experiences to identify operational pain points and opportunities for process optimisation;
- UX design and wireframe creation;
- Accessibility and compliance with AGID guidelines;
- Management of the corporate design system;
- Collaboration with development teams;
- Design quality assurance (QA);
- Cross-functional collaboration with all project stakeholders.
Required technical skills:
- Excellent command of Figma, including the structured management of component libraries, variants and complex design systems;
- Proven experience in designing information architectures and complex user flows within large-scale digital ecosystems;
- Ability to manage assigned projects independently or semi-independently, meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality standards.
Optional technical skills:
- Previous experience in the banking, financial services or fintech sectors;
- Practical knowledge of digital accessibility standards, including WCAG.
- Familiarity with React development principles to facilitate effective collaboration with front-end development teams.
Education: High school diploma.
