DATA SCIENTIST

TXT InfraWise, part of the TXT Group, is looking for a Data Scientist to join the team as either a Professional or Expert, depending on experience.

What You'll Do

Data Scientist Professional

• Analyze complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.
• Develop statistical and Machine Learning models for prediction, classification, and regression.
• Define and monitor business KPIs and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations.
• Support experimentation, validation activities, and A/B testing.
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and consistency.

Data Scientist Expert

In addition to the responsibilities above, you will:

• Define business KPIs and performance metrics to support decision-making.
• Design reports and dashboards for business and management stakeholders.
• Ensure the quality of analytical deliverables and coordinate the work of the Data Science team.

Requirements

Professional

• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Solid background in statistics and probability.
• Experience with SQL, NoSQL databases, and data manipulation.
• Knowledge of Machine Learning techniques and their business applications.
• Data visualization, storytelling, and data interpretation skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills in agile environments.

Expert

In addition to the requirements above:

• Experience working with heterogeneous data models, including SQL, NoSQL, Time Series, Graph, and Key-Value databases.
• Proven expertise in data visualization, storytelling, and communicating insights.
• Experience leading or coordinating teams in agile environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
• Familiarity with cloud environments and collaborative notebook platforms.

Soft Skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Proactive, self-driven, and collaborative approach.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in STEM, Statistics, or a related field.
• Professional: 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Expert: 6+ years of relevant experience.

• Permanent employment contract.
• Professional salary range: €44,000–€50,000 gross per year.
• Expert salary range: €51,000–€60,000 gross per year.
