The Software Engineer will support the development team by maintaining, customising, and optimising existing systems and integrations across platforms. This role is designed to alleviate the workload on senior developers by taking ownership of system upkeep, automation scripts, and low-complexity enhancements, without building entire systems from scratch.

Requirements
Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a software engineering or systems integration role
Practical experience with AWS and a solid understanding of cloud-based data workflow is a must
Proficiency in Python for scripting, automation and development is ideal
Familiarity with Airtable, including automations and scripts is ideal
Exposure to Grafana, Business Central or similar systems is ideal
Understanding of REST APIs and data integration is a must
Strong attention to detail, documentation skills, and ability to follow process
Ability to work independently with guidance from senior team members
Proactive approach to resolving issues before they escalate
Eager to learn and develop in a fast-paced technical environment
Clear communicator, especially when documenting changes or escalating issues
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
