- Assist with the planning, coordination, design and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, print and events.
- Creation of engaging graphics and content for social media posts, EDMs, website and promotional materials (using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
- Create digital content during events from video and photography.
- Edit images, produce product datasheets and brochures.
- Maintain websites - upload and remove content, improve usability, improve SEO (add meta descriptions, keywords, etc.).
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including reporting, uploading data, and integrating data between Mailchimp and Odoo.
- Other role-specific duties as they arise.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design and marketing.
- Experience in graphic design, video editing, copywriting and website editing.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere), Canva, Mailchimp.
- Excellent computer literacy, including use of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- A high level of attention to detail and a creative eye for design.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication.
- Basic understanding of HTML & CSS (desirable).
- Professional, friendly, and collaborative approach to teamwork and client interaction.
