Type: 1+ Year Contract

Job Description:

This position will be responsible to deliver Single Tenant accounts SLA reports. Using various tools including ServiceNow, Focused Run, Excel, and MS Word. SLA reporting will be the main focus for the first 1/2 of each month. Other activities will include various reporting on SAP Analytical Cloud and ServiceNow.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree plus 3 years of experience
• 1+ year of Analytical and Technical Project/Program management experience
• 1+ years of experience in Cloud / IT operation, software engineering, systems engineering or similar experience
• 1+ years of experience within an SAP environment
• Assists with the development, updating and maintaining of procedures and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills including Excel
• A high standard for work ethic and quality is required
• Experience working with highly technical teams
• Strong proficiency with full Microsoft Office suite including MS Project is required.
• Experience with ServiceNow is preferred.
