Two Trees PPC is hiring a Search Marketing Specialist. You will plan, build, and optimize paid search for our clients.
What you will do
- Learn the client’s business model, ICP, and goals. Turn that into a clear paid search plan.
- Choose tactics based on fit. Use Performance Max only when it serves the goal.
- Build clean account structures that map to KPIs and LTV targets.
- Own conversion tracking end to end. GA4, GTM, enhanced conversions, offline imports, call tracking, UTM hygiene.
- Find and fix tracking issues fast. Validate data, dedupe, and prevent gaps.
- Forecast results from budgets and benchmarks. Explain assumptions simply.
- Pace and actualize budgets daily, monthly, and quarterly. Protect efficiency.
- Run a steady testing roadmap. Ad copy, landing pages, audiences, bidding, and creative assets.
- Use AI and internal scripts to speed analysis and execution. Improve those tools with client goals in mind.
- Follow buying and QA checklists so launches are right the first time.
- Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly. Tell a clear story with insights and next steps.
- Share paid search learnings with SEO, marketplaces, paid social, and programmatic teams.
- Respond to client questions and ad hoc requests on time.
About you
- 5 or more years managing paid search across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
- Comfortable managing $500,000 dollars or more in monthly budgets
- Motivated by improving performance and driving growth
- Uses platform and third party data to diagnose performance shifts
- Knows when and how to refresh ad copy
- Strong communication and presentation skills for clients and teammates
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Organized, with clear prioritization
- Team player who steps in to help
- Open to feedback and growth
