You’ll be the go-to lead for your regions- translating audience insight into powerful marketing strategy, and working cross-functionally to deliver high-impact campaigns. You’ll also help ensure Scotland and Wales are well represented in our UKI B2C plans and that localised needs are championed throughout our delivery.

- Monitor and report on performance across acquisition, retention, engagement and lifetime value
- Spot regional opportunities and risks, including churn signals, curriculum updates or policy shifts
- Coordinate activity across SEO, Product Marketing, CRM, Social, and Education teams
- Work with ECLs and Thought Leaders to ensure messaging and insight are aligned
- Oversee planning and delivery across email, blog, social and video with support from your team
- Provide clear, supportive line management through coaching, 1:1s and team development
- Contribute insights to help shape the wider UKI B2C marketing strategy
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Proven experience leading marketing teams and campaigns
- A strong record of delivering growth, retention or engagement
- A data-informed mindset and confidence using performance metrics
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with other departments
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
Desirable
- Knowledge of the education sector, particularly Scotland or Wales
- Experience working with content creators, writers, or social media teams
- Familiarity with CRM, SEO and digital content planning tools
