Marketing Manager – UKI B2C: Ireland and Northern Ireland
Location: Republic of Ireland - 100% Remote / Home Working (Must permanently live in ROI & have the right to work without restrictions to apply for this role)
Pay Rate: 25 - 28.50 EUR hourly
Contract: 12-month initial contract (Highly likely to be extended, but no guarantees) - Self-employed contractor. Responsible for own taxes.

Hiring Manager: Senior Marketing Manager, UKI
Help us shape the future of educator marketing at Twinkl
- We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our work with educators in Ireland and Northern Ireland. You’ll oversee a set of audience segments in the region and be responsible for driving growth, retention, and engagement through insight-led, multi-channel marketing.
- This is a hands-on leadership role with real impact. You’ll manage a team, coordinate cross-functional delivery, and ensure we’re reaching the right educators at the right time with content that adds real value. You’ll also play a key role in delivering our UKI OGSM strategy and ensuring your region’s priorities are represented in wider planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the marketing strategy for Ireland and Northern Ireland, aligned with UKI B2C objectives and OGSM goals
- Set clear priorities and KPIs for Segment Managers, Content Execs and Assistants in your area
- Monitor and report on acquisition, retention, engagement, and lifetime value
- Identify risks and opportunities across segments, from churn signals to localised growth areas
- Coordinate delivery across internal teams (SEO, Product Marketing, CRM, Social, Education)
- Work with ECLs and Thought Leaders to align audience insight and messaging
- Oversee content planning and delivery across email, blog, video, and social channels
- Coach and develop your team through regular 1:1s and constructive feedback
- Contribute to strategic planning and share insights that inform the broader UKI B2C direction

Desirable Experience
- Knowledge of the education sector or relevant B2C environments
- Experience working with content creators, writers, or social media teams
- Familiarity with CRM, SEO, and digital content planning tools
