Responsibilities
- Lead the UX design process for the main website and all associated rep sites, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand standards.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive design documentation, including wireframes, mockups, prototypes, diagrams, storyboards, and site maps.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to inform design decisions and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze user feedback and usability testing results to iterate and refine user interfaces.
- Collaborate with development, product, and marketing teams to define and execute innovative solutions that support business objectives.
- Ensure all designs are accessible, user-friendly, and optimized for a seamless user experience across devices.
- Stay current with UX best practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends to continuously enhance design quality.
Skills And Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a UX-centric role, preferably within web platforms or e-commerce.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
- Creative, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset with a passion for user-centered design.
