Responsibilities

Lead the UX design process for the main website and all associated rep sites, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand standards.
Develop and deliver comprehensive design documentation, including wireframes, mockups, prototypes, diagrams, storyboards, and site maps.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to inform design decisions and identify areas for improvement.
Analyze user feedback and usability testing results to iterate and refine user interfaces.
Collaborate with development, product, and marketing teams to define and execute innovative solutions that support business objectives.
Ensure all designs are accessible, user-friendly, and optimized for a seamless user experience across devices.
Stay current with UX best practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends to continuously enhance design quality.

Skills And Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a UX-centric role, preferably within web platforms or e-commerce.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
Proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
Creative, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset with a passion for user-centered design.
Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional teams.
