Freelance Web Designer – SaaS

This role involves leading the redesign and restructuring of a B2B SaaS website serving the on-demand aviation industry. The objective is to elevate the platform’s online presence, ensuring it effectively communicates its value proposition, appeals to a diverse client base, and drives demo bookings. The project centers on refreshing key pages—including the landing page, personae pages, and product overview—using an existing Webflow component library. The ideal candidate will create a maintainable design system for the internal marketing team, integrate advanced analytics for performance tracking, and deliver a modern, conversion-focused user experience that positions the platform as a leader in aviation operations technology.

Deliverables

• Redesign and restructure the existing Webflow website to align with SaaS best practices and aviation industry standards
• Refresh core pages: landing page, personae pages, and product overview
• Implement clear calls to action to drive demo bookings and user conversions
• Utilize and expand upon the existing component library for consistency and maintainability
• Ensure the design supports advanced analytics and performance tracking
• Deliver documentation and handoff materials for the internal marketing team

Requirements

• Proven experience designing and restructuring SaaS or B2B websites, ideally within Webflow
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user experience, conversion optimization, and responsive design
• Ability to communicate complex platform capabilities in a clear, compelling manner
• Familiarity with analytics integration and performance tracking tools
• Experience collaborating with marketing teams and working with existing design systems
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and ability to deliver within project timelines
• Knowledge of the aviation or travel sector is a plus
