Responsibilities

Animate a 3D avatar character with realistic micro-expressions, gestures, and light lip-sync
Create a looping 30-second hero video for website homepage integration
Demonstrate avatar interactions in 2–3 industries (e.g., handing a keycard, printing a ticket, or assisting customers)
Produce shorter cutdowns for each individual scene
Develop a mobile-optimized version of the animation for responsive use
Provide poster frames and export all deliverables in MP4 and WebM formats
Deliver clean, professional typography for overlay text
Supply all working project files with organized structure for future use

Skills and Requirements

Strong background in 3D character animation and motion design
Proficiency in animation software such as Blender, Maya, or Cinema 4D
Experience with facial animation, subtle expressions, and human-like gestures
Familiarity with creating web-optimized video assets (MP4/WebM compression and quality balance)
