You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Reddit. Deliverables

Develop, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and Reddit
Monitor and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI and lead generation
Analyze campaign data, prepare performance reports, and present actionable insights
Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad content and landing pages
Ensure compliance with healthcare advertising standards and regulations

Requirements

2–4+ years of hands-on paid media management experience, preferably in healthcare, medspa, or telehealth sectors
Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Reddit Ads platforms
Strong analytical skills and experience with campaign tracking, reporting, and ROI analysis
Creative problem-solving abilities and a data-driven mindset
Familiarity with healthcare advertising compliance and best practices
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced startup environment
