About the Company

twentyAI are partnered with a growing technology company that is looking for a mid-level software engineer to join a small, highly collaborative team. The organisation builds data-driven software products that help clients better understand and engage with their audiences.

The Role

The majority of time will be spent developing and maintaining application features across the platform, with the remainder focused on analysing data and building tools that support internal decision-making.

You'll work in a small engineering team where autonomy is valued. Engineers are trusted to take ownership of features, contribute ideas, and deliver solutions from concept through to deployment.

Essential:

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong Python and SQL skills
• Experience working with backend web frameworks (Ruby on Rails or similar)
• Experience analysing datasets and translating business questions into data insights
• Ability to work independently within a small engineering team
• Availability to collaborate during US working hours

Desirable:

• Experience with Ruby on Rails
• Frontend development experience with TypeScript and modern frameworks (React, Vue, Svelte)
• Experience with analytics tools such as Metabase, Looker, or Tableau
• Exposure to data pipeline or orchestration tools (e.g. Airflow, Dagster)
• Interest in statistics, data modelling, or machine learning
