Project Overview

The customer is building an internal Sales AI Copilot, an intelligent assistant designed to enhance sales processes with data-driven insights and generative AI capabilities. You will join the data science team supporting this effort, contributing your expertise in Python, Azure, and LLMs to shape and implement advanced AI solutions.

About the Role

We are seeking a senior Data Scientist who is both technically strong and business-aware. This role requires someone who is equally at ease coding in Python and pandas, querying in SQL, leveraging large language models (LLMs), and engaging with business stakeholders to align data science solutions with operational needs.

You’ll be expected to take initiative, operate independently, and collaborate closely with a distributed, multicultural team across Europe and LATAM.

Key Responsibilities

• Support data science team in developing and scaling AI-based solutions for the Sales AI Copilot
• Deliver robust, scalable data science models and pipelines using Python, Azure, and SQL
• Apply LLM and generative AI knowledge to solve real-world business problems
• Understand and contribute to the organization’s data architecture and business flows
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
• Perform data analysis and ensure data quality and model integrity
• Take ownership of tasks while fostering a collaborative and communicative environment
• Support occasional data analyst responsibilities or interface tasks with the business when required

Work Environment

• Remote role with distributed teams across LATAM & EU
• Hybrid of waterfall and agile sprints

• Full Stack Python & Pandas Expert
• Generative AI / LLM Practitioner Confirmed
• SQL (especially SQL on Azure) Confirmed
• Azure (Cloud & ML Services) Confirmed
• Machine Learning Models Confirmed
• Data Science (problem-solving, modeling) Expert
• Git / Version Control Working Knowledge

Nice to Have

• Experience with MLOps and ML pipelines
• Familiarity with SAFE frameworks or hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments
• Working knowledge of Spanish or French (due to LATAM and European team distribution)
• Prior experience with interface tasks or business function collaboration
