As a Software Engineer, you'll develop high-performance integrations with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), leveraging your .NET and C# skills to build intelligent features such as auto-generated content, AI-powered insights, and real-time data synchronization. You'll work on products used by professionals in fast-paced environments and help define the user experience for tools they rely on daily.

You'll be part of a high-caliber engineering team in a remote-first, startup environment, where experimentation is encouraged and speed is a strength. This role is ideal for engineers who want to ship fast, work directly with users, and build solutions that have a real-world impact.

What You’ll Do

• Design and build advanced add-ins for Microsoft Office using .NET and C#.
• Develop and maintain robust integrations with Office APIs (Office.js, VSTO, or COM).
• Ship features that automate document creation, integrate real-time data, and generate content with AI.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced engineers focused on product quality and speed.
• Engage directly with users to gather feedback and iterate quickly.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–6 years of professional software engineering experience.
• 1+ year of experience with .NET (C#), particularly building integrations with Microsoft Office.
• A strong foundation in software engineering principles, algorithms, and data structures.
• A collaborative mindset and experience working cross-functionally with product and design teams.
• A desire to build, ship, and improve real products — fast.
