Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute social media strategies on X (Twitter) and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) to drive engagement and brand growth.
• Schedule, and publish high-quality, engaging content tailored to each platform.
• Monitor trends, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns for maximum reach and conversions.
• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to enhance visibility.
• Community Management for X, Reddit, YouTube and Meta
• Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes and adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, influencer outreach, and campaign management.

• Educational background in Marketing, Communications or related field is preferred but not required

• Expertise in X and Meta with a strong focus on engagement and paid advertising.

• Proven ability to assess influencer partnerships and optimize cost per engagement and cost per acquisition.

• Previous experience working using Social Media Management tools.

• Previous experience in PR, sales, or influencer marketing is a plus.

• Familiarity with cannabis, e-cigarettes, & vaporizers is a plus- alternatively experience working with footwear, clothing, fitness, tech, mobile devices, or gaming accessories would be beneficial

• Active social media user who understands current trends and slang.

• Experience working with U.S. markets and understanding audience engagement strategies.

• Strong English communication, analytical, and collaboration skills.

• Compensation: $1,000 - $2,000 USD/month (based on experience)
