Job Title: Business Partner Manager - Marketing
Locations: AL Khobar/AL Jubail/Riyadh/Jeddah/Yanbu, Saudi Arabia (Onsite)
Job Purpose:
As a Business Partner for IS and RI in Middle East you partner with Business Unit- and/or Business Line-Managers to establish and executive marketing strategies to achieve the business goals. This role requires strategic thinking, familiarity with the related TÜV SÜD business and stakeholder management skills to navigate the matrix environment and drive marketing excellence.
Responsibility and Authority:
• Strategic Marketing: Partner the Business Units/Business Lines through an outside-in (customer-oriented) approach. Align marketing initiatives with business priorities, revenue targets, and market expansion plans. Offer comprehensive advice on all marketing activities to the BU/BL.
• Market insights: Leverage market data, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to create product marketing strategies, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans.
• Content Strategy: Based on Value Propositions develop a communication and content strategy for target markets, including buyer personas. Ensure rollout and necessary adjustments in collaboration with regional business partners
• Market Activation: Design and orchestrate marketing campaigns. Provide counsel to regional business partners for local adjustments/adoptions or locally driven campaigns. Oversee the execution in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Center of Excellence (CoE) and the Creative & Publishing Hub.
• Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Ensure that all campaigns are results-driven. Monitor KPIs and regularly report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, programs, and initiatives. Collect and leverage customer feedback to continuously enhance marketing efforts and ensure that the approach is responsive to customers’ needs and preferences.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including the Digital Marketing CoE, the Creative & Publishing Hub, sales and other functions to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
Education and Experience:
• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
• At least 5+ years of experience in B2B and B2C marketing, business partnering, strategic planning, product marketing, or similar roles in a global environment.
• At least 5 years of experience in leading teams in a regional or global environment, as well as managing stakeholders in a complex and/or technical business environment.
• Strong, professional written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of German is an advantage but not a requirement. Strong communication skills to adapt messages and strategies to cultural nuances, ensuring effectiveness across different markets.
• Knowledge of digital marketing principles, technologies, and analytics to optimize engagement and conversion through digital channels.
• The candidate must be confident, resourceful, self-motivated, team-oriented, and adaptable.
• Proven ability to work in an international business environment.
Specific skills & knowledge:
• Arabic speaking and writing skill very important.
• Candidate from RI / IS industry will be most preferred, who is based in Saudi in our key office location.
• Preferable from real estate and infrastructure.
