About the Role

We are looking for an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM & n8n Automation Developer to design, implement, and maintain our CRM workflows and integrations. This role is focused on building reliable automations, creating efficient data syncs, and optimising business processes within GHL using n8n as the middleware.

#Responsibilities

- Configure and optimise GHL CRM (pipelines, automations, custom fields, custom object and forms).

- Develop automation workflows in n8n to connect GHL with external systems (e.g., website backend, databases, third-party tools).

- Manage webhooks, triggers, and API connections between GHL and other platforms.

- Ensure data consistency and accuracy between GHL CRM and external sources.

- Monitor and troubleshoot integration workflows for reliability and performance.

- Collaborate with internal teams to recommend and implement best practices in CRM automation.

#Requirements

- Proven hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM setup and automation.

- Strong knowledge of n8n for workflow automation and API integration.

Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON data structures.

- Ability to design error-handling and retry mechanisms for automation workflows.

- Solid understanding of CRM best practices and lead lifecycle management.

- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
