Role Mission
We’re looking for a hands-on, creative, and data-driven Inbound Marketing Specialist to help us attract, engage, and convert leads into opportunities. You’ll execute inbound campaigns across multiple channels — email, social, paid, and web — to drive awareness and support our revenue goals. You’ll work closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and external partners to bring our strategy to life, test new ideas, and continuously improve results.
What you'll do:
Campaign execution
- Support the planning and lead the day-to-day execution of integrated inbound campaigns across email, ads, and social channels.
- Build campaign assets such as landing pages, case studies, webinars, and other lead-generation materials.
- Coordinate with external agencies or internal teams to ensure content and design are on brand and on time.
- Measure campaign ROI and conversion metrics in HubSpot dashboards.
Automation & optimización
- Manage and optimize HubSpot workflows, email nurture sequences, and lead-scoring models.
- Track campaign performance and share actionable insights to improve conversion rates across the funnel.
- Run and optimize LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and SEO to attract qualified traffic.
- Test new formats, audiences, and messages to continuously learn and scale what works.
Collaboration & alignment
- Work closely with Product Marketing and Sales to ensure consistent messaging and lead flow.
- Collaborate on pre- and post-event campaigns to turn conferences and activations into qualified pipeline opportunities.
- Partner with the team to maintain our marketing dashboards and performance reporting.
What success looks like:
- Campaigns are launched smoothly and on schedule.
- Leads are nurtured effectively from MQL to SQL through well-structured workflows.
- Data is consistently used to refine tactics and improve ROI.
- Collaboration with Product Marketing and Sales feels seamless and proactive
MIN REQUIREMENTS:
It will be a good match if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing execution, ideally in B2B or tech.
- Strong understanding of inbound marketing principles and digital channels (email, social, paid, SEO).
- Experience using HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools.
- Skilled in running LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns; strong knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset — you love learning and improving.
- There is a plus: if you also have experience doing inbound marketing for the US market and/or if you have experience from energy or facilities management industries.
