ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives that connect our innovative platform with travel companies worldwide. This role blends management with hands-on marketing activities execution and client collaboration, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with measurable impact.
You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and partners to create compelling campaigns that drive adoption, engagement, and growth for Turpal’s platform.

What You'll Be Doing:
Management:
- Design, own, and update Turpal’s Marketing Operating model (Offering, metrics, processes, tools, organisation)
- Ensure a high performance of the Marketing function is delivered on a regular basis through a robust management framework
- Mentor and guide marketing team members to enhance skills and ensure project success
- Work closely with other teams (Product, Sales, Customer Success) to ensure cross-functional alignment
- Lead and coordinate in-house projects
Marketing Operations - for customers and Turpal:
- Plan (suggested approach, strategy, budget & timeline definition), execute (content building and management, launch and manage campaigns), and monitor digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media)
- Analyze campaign performance, prepare data-driven reports, and recommend optimizations for better ROI.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their marketing goals, target audiences and KPIs to ensure high performance.
- Stay up-to-date with travel industry trends, emerging marketing technologies, and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency or managing several customers
- Proven experience leading marketing functions and teams.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, HubSpot, SEMrush) and ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
- Tech-savvy and curious about how technology can transform companies marketing strategy
- Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
