TurnPoint Services is a leader in essential home services, specializing in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services across multiple states. We're seeking a motivated SEO Specialist to develop and implement strategies for 4-5 brands, enhancing our digital marketing efforts and strengthening our online presence.

Duration: 1 year contract

Annual Retainer: $80,000-$90,000

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for 4-5 distinct brands
Conduct in-depth keyword research and content mapping for each brand
Implement on-page and technical SEO optimizations across multiple websites
Monitor and report on SEO performance, using data-driven insights to refine strategies
Analyze backlink profiles and develop off-page strategies to boost site authority
Perform regular SEO maintenance and identify opportunities for improvement
Stay current with SEO trends and algorithm updates, adapting strategies accordingly

Requirements and Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as an SEO Specialist, with a focus on multi-brand management
Proven track record of implementing successful SEO strategies across diverse brands
Expertise in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Looker Studio, ScreamingFrog, SEMRush)
Strong understanding of digital marketing, consumer journeys, and life-stage marketing
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Process-oriented approach with keen attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively and adapt strategies for different brand needs
Passion for SEO and commitment to continuous learning.
